I believe the best real estate service does not have to be managed by large corporate organizations. It is about having agents who help you get clear about your goals and desires, and then presenting you with the opportunites to realize them. At the same time, I am sure your experience of real estate on Whidbey Island can be fun. After listening carefully to what is important to you, I take my deep and current knowledge of what is available and give you the lead in finding the right home or land. I also know that sellers need to understand the market so they can price and place their property to get the best exposure. My first job is to make you feel well grounded and educated, and from that place of power, I use all the tools of the media and internet to bring the market to you!
Come experience "the other guys" and have success in your real estate transactions.

Announcements
Winter sales in 2011; Respite at last
The phones have started to ring again, buyers are moving around, it seems that people have finally adjusted to the "new reality." We're fortunate that we don't have a lot of bank owned or pre-foreclosure listings in our market, and still they drag the prices down. We are running right at 2005 price levels and volumes were just a little higher in 2010 than the year before.
Besides pricing, which has become more realistic in the past year, here are a few more things to think about when moving to Whidbey. All things to do with rural living: water source, heat source, septic and siting. We have neighborhoods, farm land, acreages and manufactured homes, a full range of living experience which are a little different than any where else. We like the diversity of opportunities.
If you have a question about any of my listings, drop me a line. If you're curious about "pocket listings" I may have that fit your needs, give a call. I have full size detailed maps that I can send you or the ability to send you a "feed" of homes in your price range. We may be small but we aim to please, any way that we can.
