There has never been anything plain or ordinary about Daniel Goldsmith's approach to serving real estate customers. Bringing 20 years of successful real estate experience to Whidbey Island, Daniel, has been involved in almost every type of transaction and has a wealth of ideas available to make real estate dealings work to everyone's advantage. For years, Daniel has been the official "Lookiloo", taking the premise that "you have to be a lookiloo first before you can be a buyer" to new heights. He sees dozens of houses each month, just to keep current on the inventory, and when you are ready to find a home, he'll know the market well enough to take you there.
Daniel serves on the ethics review board for the Washington Association of Realtors, and he believes real estate transactions should be fair to both the buyer and seller. When you make or accept an offer, you should be satisfied that everyone involved has been served well.
